JAKARTA: Just a week before a counter-terrorism conference in Bali, Indonesian police thwarted a planned rocket attack on Singapore’s waterfront district.
The attack was planned by a group called Katibah Gigih Rahmat from the island of Batam, just a few kilometres south of Singapore, which has now tightened security.
