Thunderstorm in waters off Sarawak to continue till late afternoon


KUALA LUMPUR: Thunderstorms occurring over the waters off Miri, Bintulu, Mukah and Rejang in Sarawak are expected to continue until late Sunday afternoon.

The Malaysian Meteorological Department in a statement today said the condition could cause strong winds of 50kph and rough seas with waves rising up to 3.5 metres.
