KOTA KINABALU: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) president Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan is letting his deputy president Dr Maximus Ongkili run the affairs of the party.  

In what could be seen as a move towards a leadership transition, Dr Maximus has been given the green light by the PBS supreme council to carry out the duties of the party president with immediate effect.
