KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia hopes to have a city or township with zero carbon emissions in all 14 states by the year 2026.
So far, Malacca City and Iskandar Malaysia in Johor have been earmarked to become the country’s first “Green States”, Natural Resources and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said.
