KUALA LUMPUR: Umno Youth has lodged a police report against former Bank Negara governor Tan Sri Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz, outgoing Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed and former attorney-general Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail

Umno Youth vice-chief Khairul Azwan Harun (pic) filed the report at the Dang Wangi police station on Tuesday afternoon, claiming the three were believed to be involved in a conspiracy to topple Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and the Malaysian government.

The report said they allegedly provided confidential information to foreign agencies including the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Khairul claimed that forged documents were submitted and information was manipulated to fulfil their agenda.

He urged the police to thoroughly investigate the matter.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Zainol Samah confirmed receiving the report.

"The case has been handed over to Bukit Aman for further investigations," he said when contacted.
