KUALA LUMPUR: Three actuaries failed in their bid to challenge the Government’s decision to abolish the post of actuaries.
Former Actuarial Unit chief Zalida Hanim Zakaria, 50, Khairil Azhar Abd Aziz, 49, and Iqtiyani Ulfa Mohd Azamee, 35, claimed that their transfer to the Statistics Department was a demotion as their job functions were now not in accordance with their qualifications and experience as actuaries.
