Hic-cup to cafe’s gimmick – police seize army truck

Guerilla marketing: The cafe’s promotional vehicle painted in military colours seized in Cyberjaya.

KUALA LUMPUR: A cafe chain operator thought it had the perfect gimmick to promote its business by modifying a decommissioned army vehicle with two replica rocket launchers – but the police were not amused.

Seizing the vehicle, authorities arrested two men who were driving it along Jalan Semarak Api, Cyberjaya. The men, who were employees of the cafe operator, were questioned and later released.
