GEORGE TOWN: Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng was seen leaving the official residence of the Yang Di-Pertua Negri of Penang Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas at 5.10pm after visiting the residence at 4.15pm.
Also seen leaving the Governor's residence was state secretary Datuk Farizan Darus.
