KUALA LUMPUR: Blaine Gibson, the man who has been helping in the search for flight MH370, handed over debris and personal effects he found in Madagascar to the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) on Tuesday.
The 59-year-old American said the debris and personal effects could have come from the missing Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 plane.
