Activist Ali Abdul Jalil gets Swedish PR


PETALING JAYA: Activist Ali Abdul Jalil (pic), who fled the country to escape sedition charges, claims Sweden has accepted his request for political asylum.

In a Facebook post on Tuesday, Ali said that he was now a permanent resident (PR) of Sweden after its government accepted his application.
