KUALA LUMPUR: The rights of non-Muslims will not be in jeopardy if PAS's Private Member's Bill is passed in Parliament, said Kongres Rakyat chairman Azmi Abd Hamid on Sunday.
"We do not ask for any reduction to civil laws; we do not touch them, the rights of non-Muslims will not be in jeopardy," he said in a speech at a Hari Raya gathering of Muslim non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
