KUALA LUMPUR: Two former company directors claimed trial at a Sessions Court here to a charge of failing to declare their interest in a board of directors’ meeting in the purchase of US$22mil (RM88mil) in shares.
Datuk Ooi Kock Aun, 49, and Datuk Tey Por Yee, 40, were separately charged with failing to disclose, during a board of director’s meeting of Syarikat Protasco Bhd, that they had direct interest in PT Anglo Slavic Utama, a company which was incorporated in Indonesia.
