GOMBAK: Dressed in a pink baju kurung, wheelchair-bound Nurul Farah Abdullah is all smiles enjoying the gala celebration during the Selangor state Hari Raya open house.

Though timid at first, the 11-year-old under the care of Selangor Social Welfare Department enthusiastically answered “gembira!” (happy) when asked how she felt about the celebration.
