Liow: Don’t mar the festivities

KUALA LUMPUR: With an increase of more than 1.6 million vehicles on the road this Hari Raya period, the Transport Ministry is urging all motorists and road users to be cautious, given the worrying increase in recent accident rates.

Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai (pic) noted that the additional 1.6 million was a large number which could cause traffic congestions and the probability of more road accidents.
