Highways gearing up for Raya rush


PETALING JAYA: The first batch of balik kampung rush will see some 1.6 million vehicles on the North-South Expressway (NSE) starting today, said PLUS Expressways Sdn Bhd.

Peak days are expected to be July 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 when 20% more cars than the usual 1.3 million are likely to be on the road.
