Balik kampung folk urged to follow PLUS travel advisory

PETALING JAYA: Only 21% of motorists in the balik kampung rush for Hari Raya last year followed the travel time advisory issued by the PLUS Expressways Sdn Bhd (PLUS).

Its chief executive officer Datuk Noorizah Abd Hamid said despite having issued the advisory since 2008, motorists’ compliance had dropped by a staggering level from its record high in 2012 when 61% were found to have followed it.
