GEORGE TOWN: The second sedition case of Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer (pix) has been fixed for decision on July 18 by a Sessions Court here.
Sessions judge Ibrahim Osman also fixed July 4 for both parties to file their written submissions when the case came up for continued hearing on Monday.
