PETALING JAYA: The Higher Education Ministry is waiting for Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) to complete its investigation into the controversial slides used to teach the Titas (Tamadun Islam dan Tamadun Asia) course before deciding on whether action needs to be taken.
The ministry said in a statement that UTM has informed it that an internal task force was formed to coordinate the investigation, following the issue that came to light nearly a fortnight ago.
