LABUAN: Every evening, the car park behind Labuan’s five-star Dorsett Grand Hotel along Jalan Wawasan is turned into a massive food market.

More than a thousand Muslims flock to this Ramadan bazaar for iftar food, and non-Muslims get in the action too, as it is one of the best times in the year to taste sumptuous Malay dishes such as ayam golek, ayam percik, satay and a variety of laksa.
