KUALA LUMPUR: Police have arrested two of the three suspects caught on CCTV of an attempted snatch theft involving a 20-year-old law student at Jalan Tun Sambanthan.
According to City police chief Comm Datuk Amar Singh, investigations following the incident led to the arrest of two suspects, aged 20 and 21, on June 18.
