KUCHING: The joint Muslim and Christian buka puasa event at a church here last week, which created waves on social media, was mooted by Sarawak’s Islamic Information Centre chief executive Zabaria Matali in February.
The idea for the event came up during a knowledge-sharing session with Archbishop John Ha, who heads the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Kuching.
