PETALING JAYA: Non-Muslims could face whippings and incarceration due to all-encompassing descriptions in PAS' Syariah Bill, said MCA religious harmony bureau chairman Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker.

"It is untrue and false of PAS to assure or say that non-Muslims will not be affected by the enactments in Terengganu or Kelantan," said Ti in a press release issued on Thursday.
