KOTA KINABALU: Sabah hopes that Manila under incoming president Rodrigo Duterte (pic) would wipe out cross border criminals in efforts to bring back barter trade between the state and southern Philippines.
The state’s Special Tasks Minister Datuk Teo Chee Kang said that the state government ban barter trade was not permanent as it hopes to see the security situation along its borders and southern Philippines with kidnap groups wiped out.
