PETALING JAYA: British paedophile Richard Huckle wanted to become a foster parent so that he would have a continuous supply of children to abuse, he had written on a paedophile website, the court heard.
The Daily Mail reported that Huckle confessed that he wanted to marry one of the girls he had been abusing in Malaysia and raise foster children.
