KUALA LUMPUR: Armed only with a Home Ministry jacket and fake Immigration Department name card, a 53-year-old man has conned businessmen employing foreign workers for the past two years.
He would introduce himself as a Datuk Seri and offer to renew their workers’ work permits for a fee of between RM600 and RM2,000 each.
