Fahmi faces two charges over offensive images


PETALING JAYA: Activist Fahmi Reza has been summoned to court to face two separate charges under the Communication and Multimedia 1998 Act over images he uploaded to his Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Fahmi is said to have intentionally used his Instagram account to post a false edited image of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak with the intention to offend others on Jan 31.
