PETALING JAYA: The families of six crew members on board the ill-fated Flight MH17 filed a claim in the Kuala Lumpur High Court against Malaysia Airline System Berhad (MAS) and Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) for alleged negligence and breach of contract.

This comes just days after the families were given consent by the Administrators to commence legal proceedings, having made the request over five months ago.
