KUCHING: The power sharing structure within Sarawak's Barisan Nasional could be vastly altered if PBB accepts the application of nine more elected representatives into its fold.
Officially, PBB – already the largest state Barisan party in terms of elected representatives – has won 40 seats in the recent state elections, but there were also three “Barisan direct” candidates who resigned from PBB just prior to nomination day in order to contest in seats that SPDP and SUPP were eyeing.
