GEORGE TOWN: Penang Gerakan acting Youth chief Jason Loo has applied for the release of several documents related to the proposed undersea tunnel and three paired roads, via the Penang Freedom of Information Enactment.
He made four applications seeking copies of the agreement or award papers between the state government and Consortium Zenith BUCG Sdn Bhd, itemised expenses of the feasibility studies, design and environmental impact assessment reports, and also the tender submissions of other companies that made unsuccessful bids for the project.
