Fisherman finds body in black plastic bag at Kuala Muda jetty

KEPALA BATAS: The body of a man was found in a black plastic bag wrapped in a fishing net near the fishing jetty at Kuala Muda, Penaga, Thursday night.

The body with the hands and feet bound with bricks was found by a fisherman who was cleaning his boat at 9.20pm.
