GEORGE TOWN: The Penang government will only come up with a blueprint for the proposed third bridge after it has secured approval in principle from the Works Ministry.
State Works, Utilities and Transportation Committee chairman Lim Hock Seng said nobody would spend RM10mil on the feasibility study for the bridge unless the ministry gave them the green light subject to environment impact assessment (EIA) approval.
