SEREMBAN: A company which sued the Port Klang Authority (PKA) for RM148mil over alleged failure to pay for corporate advisory services rendered in relation to the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) project, ended up with just a RM50,000 award for the work done.
In his ruling, High Court judge Justice Kamaludin Md Said held that the company could not prove its RM148mil claim as fees for work done.
