GEORGE TOWN: Nine Indonesians, including two underage crewmen, in two Indonesian vessels were detained for encroaching into Penang waters.
Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) Maritime 2 district director First Admiral Kamaruszaman Abu Hassan said the boats were detained 42 nautical miles southwest of Pulau Kendi at 4.50pm on Sunday.
