PUTRAJAYA: The decision to refer the disciplinary cases involving Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir to the Umno supreme council is not against the party constitution.
Umno secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor (pic) said the decision was made after its discplinary board wrote a letter to him stating that these were high-profile cases.
