Thief nabbed in citizen’s arrest

GEORGE TOWN: A man was slashed in the hand by a snatch thief when he went to the aid of a victim.

He was among some people who chased after the thief when the 60-year-old victim screamed for help in the incident which occurred at about noon yesterday.
