PUTRAJAYA: The decision to refer disciplinary cases involving Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir to the Umno Supreme Council is not against the party constitution, says Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor (pic).
The Umno secretary-general said the decision was made after the party's disciplinary board wrote to him stating that these were high-profile cases and it then sent the cases to the supreme council for further action.
