KLANG: Former Telok Datok assemblyman Philip Tan Choon Swee (pic) has challenged his successor Loh Chee Heng to resign as the constituency’s elected representative.
Tan told a press conference here that Loh was sacked by DAP for financial misconduct, adding that he had to apologise to those who voted for him in the 2013 General Election.
