GEORGE TOWN: Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) has challenged the Federal Government to grant approval for the state to build a third bridge connecting Gurney Drive to Bagan Ajam on the mainland as an alternative to his planned undersea tunnel project.
He said the state would consider not collecting any toll for the third bridge if the Federal Government gave its approval for the link on the northern part of the island.
