GEORGE TOWN: The state Welfare Department is looking for the mother or close relatives of the eight-year-old boy who was stripped naked and chained to the stairway of a high-rise in Paya Terubong here,
Department director Said Sidup said it would look for the boy’s family members so that he could be placed with them.
