Zahid: Govt to fast-track transport projects

KUALA LUMPUR: The Government has assured that there will be minimal delay in its efforts to transform the public transport system following the shortage of foreign workers. 

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said various initiatives had been rolled out to improve the public transport system and the government was in the midst of fine-tuning the process of hiring foreign workers based on the industry's demand.
