Alvivi trial: Court sets May 27 to decide on bak kut teh posting


KUALA LUMPUR: Vivian Lee May Ling, the former girlfriend of controversial sex blogger Alvin Tan Jye Yee, will know her fate on May 27 in relation to charges over a bak kut teh (pork stew) Ramadan posting.

Sessions Court judge Abdul Rashid Daud fixed the date after hearing submissions from Deputy Public Prosecutor Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin and counsel Chong Joo Tian, who appeared for Lee.
