Ti Lian Ker: Fixing past mistakes led to BN victory

PETALING JAYA: Barisan Nasional won in Sarawak because it learnt from and fixed the mistakes it made in the 2011 state elections, says MCA central committee member Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker (pic).

"Barisan has learnt its lesson from the disastrous election results in 2011. SUPP took steps to improve the party machinery and also changed the way it approached voters. It is no surprise that SUPP was able to win back the support of Chinese voters this time and contribute to Barisan's landslide victory in Sarawak," said Ti, who is also the MCA religious harmony bureau chairman.
