KOTA KINABALU: Hopes are fading fast for the four people who went missing after undertaking a risky boat ride a week ago from Pulau Balambangan to Sabah’s Simpang Mengayau, better known as the Tip of Borneo.
This follows the recovery of an outboard engine caught in the net of some fishermen in waters about 2.8 nautical miles from Pulau Balambangan early yesterday.
