GEORGE TOWN: The RM305mil cost for the feasibility study, detailed design and environmental impact assessment (EIA) on three expressways and the undersea tunnel only constitutes about 5.54% of its RM5.5bil construction cost.
Penang Works, Utilities and Transportation Committee chairman Lim Hock Seng (pic) also provided a cost breakdown of the RM6.34bil for the four projects.
