KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Public Prosecutor Datuk Anthony Kevin Morais was sick and tired of handling the corruption case of an army pathologist who is now on trial for abetting in his murder, the High Court is told.
His housemate, V. Davveen, 24, testified that Morais had confided that he was tired of two particular cases – that of former Sime Darby Bhd CEO Datuk Seri Ahmad Zubir Murshid and Colonel Dr R. Kunaseegaran.
