KUALA LUMPUR: Former Kuala Lumpur CID chief Datuk Ku Chin Wah did not declare in full the sources behind his acquisition for his assets as required by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) says a witness.
MACC Deputy Public Prosecutor Mohd Asnawi Abu Hanipah, 43, said that Ku returned a written statement under oath on Jan 8, 2014, but failed to specify the sources behind his assets.
