KUALA LUMPUR: The defence in the murder trial of deputy public prosecutor Datuk Anthony Kevin Morais accused the prosecution of leaving out unflattering evidence when a chemist report was excluded from the evidence.
Datuk N. Sivananthan had the High Court put on record that the prosecution did not tender chemist Khairul Anuar Abdul Aziz’s third report, an analysis of a burnt car believed to have been Morais’.
