Include health and safety clause in CA, urges NIOSH

PETALING JAYA: National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is calling for a health and safety clause in every Collective Agreement (CA) to reduce hazard risks in the workplace.

NIOSH chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye said apart from pushing for a salary review when negotiating a new CA, emphasis should also be on health and safety aspects.
