Tony Pua’s judicial review decision over travel ban on May 17

KUALA LUMPUR: The former Immigration Department director-general should provide a purported letter by the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), which became the basis to restrict Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua from travelling overseas, a High Court heard.

Pua's lead counsel Gobind Singh Deo said that failure to do so would raise doubts on whether it was Datuk Seri Mustafa Ibrahim’s independent decision to issue the restriction order.
