GEORGE TOWN: With its 200th anniversary approaching in 2019, St George’s Church in Penang has set an ambitious target to raise some RM1mil in the next two years to help the needy.

Going with the theme “Empowering the Disadvantaged”, West Malaysian Diocese Northern Region Bishop Charles Samuel said the bicentenary fund would be used in partnership with social workers.
